We are constantly seeking highly motivated students to give them the opportunity of doing a research training, in the context of their final degree project or through the Erasmus international exchange programme. The selected students will get in touch with the research activity and they will have their first experience as a member of a research group. The Catalan Agència de Gestió d’Ajuts Universitaris i de Recerca (AGAUR) offers the Beatriu de Pinós programme, addressed to young researchers with at least two years of international post-doctoral experience.

The Spanish Ministerio de Economía y Competitividad (MINECO), through the Secretaría de Estado de Investigación, Desarrollo e Innovación, offers three competitive calls:

• Juan de la Cierva – Formación: addressed to researchers who have recently obtained their PhD degree and have several impact publications.
• Juan de la Cierva – Incorporación: addressed to researchers who want to strengthen the skills acquired during their early post-doctoral training.
• Ramón y Cajal programme: addressed to researchers with international experience and a high-impact curriculum.

The Instituto de Salud Carlos III offers the Río Hortega contracts, addressed to professionals who have recently obtained their specialized health training (FSE), to develop a research project in health science and technology.

The Marie Sklodowska-Curie Individual Fellowships (IF), from the European Commission, aim to promote researchers’ career development and mobility within European countries, to acquire advanced scientific skills and perform original research projects.
